“I want to let you know that through all of our weather/travel issues during Scholar Week last week, the afterhours emergency travel service was phenomenal to work with. Wow! I talked to them probably 5 times last Tuesday evening – and then too many times to count last Friday and Saturday, as I was trying to help NSDs whose flights were delayed or cancelled. There wasn’t a time that I spoke to a representative that they weren’t more than helpful. They were all pleasant, offered solutions quickly and just took care of things. Because of their professionalism and sense of urgency, the NSDs were taken care of as best as they could be given the circumstances.
