ETS is
not just an “after hours service” and we don’t
offer our assistance to just anybody. We only service corporate
travelers who need us most. It may sound like we have an attitude,
but we want to be the best and providing help to everyone doesn’t
make us better, just bigger. We have a niche market, and we believe
the corporate travel department, the travel management company and,
most of all, the corporate traveler appreciates our “personal”
service. |
Our service excellence
begins with our Reservation Center, located in New Haven, Connecticut.
Staffed by seasoned veterans, our travel consultants average ten
years of corporate experience with most of those years in the emergency
travel field. They’re problem solvers who use their expertise
to help travelers when they’re “stuck” and need
help the most.
Needless to say, no one can help a traveler if the telephone doesn't
ring. Our state of the art telephone equipment assures travelers
uninterrupted service. Equipped with automatic call distribution
(ACD), our phones route incoming calls to the first available agent.
It is programmed to identify callers allowing for more efficient,
seamless service.
We have the ability to record telephone conversations and to monitor our agents on the phone to assure the highest level of service.

| To keep things simple,
we charge a flat-fee on a per call basis. There are no office fees
or branch fees and no extra charges for electronic tickets, pre-paid
tickets or international calls. This simple fee structure allows
for easy budgeting and management of after hour costs. |
